All of the kittens are in their new homes except Meryl and Ben who are being delivered on Thursday. I have loved each and every one of these kittens and hope to keep in touch with their new families. Meryl and Ben are being driven to California by my dear friend and photographer Eroica.

All of the kittens are reserved and we are scheduling pick up times and flights. They come back from their socialization foster family tonight and get their 2nd FVRCP vaccine on Wednesday. They will be due for vaccine #3 between July 3-July 9th. It's a good time to schedule that now with your vet.

Ben - Ben is the largest kitten. He is a terrific guy who is all boy. He loves ping pong balls and loves to play soccer with his brother Matt. Ben is loving and a people oriented personality. He has his father's outgoing ways and instead of running to the food bowl at dinner time he looks for attention first. Ben is well behaved and will make someone a wonderful companion.
Matt - This little guy is gaining weight weekly and very food motivated. He loves attention. He is first to the food bowl and jumps right into the food. Matt also follows me around like a velcro kitty. He will probably do best in an active home. He is busy-minded and very good with young kids. He is the favorite of my 3 yr old granddaughter who carries him around like a doll.
Meryl is a great cat if you’re looking for a lap cat or a playful cat she is the cat for you! I watched a show tonight two episodes and she was purring and snuggling me the whole way through. Her purr is like a motor and it never turns off. She also loves to run around and play. She can switch gears without hesitation she will go from play mode to snuggle mode if you want her two. Meryl is really a great cat and is great for a family or and individual whatever you are looking for.
Kate - reserved
Tilda - reserved
Scarlett - reserved.

5-21-24 Nine weeks
First vaccines and weaning this week. They are perfect little kittens. They come when called, love to play with wand toys (even chewed up ones) and purr when petted . On Saturday the girls are going to go to be socialized at my friends house outside Portland in Damascus. The boys will stay here and be socialized by myself and my mom. They will be ready to go home just after 12 weeks on June 14/15/16. That is Father's Day weekend. The kittens are starting to develop personalities which will be much more established over the coming weeks. Some kittens may be ready the previous week. This depends upon their development. I don't let them go until they have reached a certain level of maturity , 2 vaccines , and have great social skills with people.
Matt also known by my granddaughter as Pickle is a smallish guy with a big personality. He gets carried around regularly and my granddaughter thinks he is her kitten. He tolerates the attention well. He is sweet and gentle . In real life he is a little bit lighter than the photo above. He will look like his father Mikola.
Ben is a motor skill boy.. He is always running and playing, wrestling, tumbling and jumping. He is also quick to purr and comes when called like his siblings. He is happy go lucky. He will make someone a wonderful companion. He will also look like Mikola. He is the larger of the males. But still more compact and muscular than the girls. I believe his fur will come in later on .
Tilda is spirited and the slowest to socialize. She is a beauty. She is the most independent and last to join us when called . She is a bit messy and in this photo needs a bath from the baby food in he fur. Don't let her current condition fool you. She may end up being the most social and loving kitten . She is a real mama's girl. Often these kittens bond very strongly with their owners. Loves to purr.
Scarlet started out as a male in my mind.. We discovered she was female at the vet exam. She is the smallest of the group but mighty. She loves to play with feathers and is even tempered and happy. Scarlet will wear a light pink collar from now on. She will look like mama Nala. Little purr machine.
Meryl is a gorgeous kitten and has pretty blue eyes that dont show well in this photo . Meryl loves to jump for the feather wand toy and climb furniture and explore my laundry basket. She is affectionate and will be a very sweet pet. She is pretty mellow compared to her siblings at this stage. However they will all advance a lot over the coming 3 weeks or so.
Kate is a blue lynx who is almost white and is the largest of the girls. She is the prettiest at this phase of her siblings. Kate is used to getting to the food first and is used to getting her way. She uses her size to dominate the food bowl. She also enjoys feathers and wand toys, ping pong balls and comes when called quickly.

The kittens are doing great. All gaining weight and still nursing, perfectly potty trained and playing well together. Nala is being a great mother. I have been sick the past few days so I'll post more photos soon. I just wanted to get something posted. We went to the vet a few days early for our wellness check up. All have healthy hearts, good bites, etc but one surprise. My smallest kitten with no collar is a girl. Everything was so small last month that I misread the signs. More soon.
5-6-24 Seven weeks
The kittens have mastered the litter box and are eating lots of food. I'm feeding Nala 5-6 cans of food a day, plus dry and babyfood which she shares with the kittens. There is a lot of growing and activity going on. They are very very friendly kittens and all have great temperaments. The latest rage is the feather wand toys with jingle bells on the end.
The boys have shorter fur but it will come in later. On May 18th they have their first veterinary exam. At that time their personalities will start developing.

The kittens are 99 percent potty trained now (litter box) and are eating well. In fact they are the biggest eaters Ive seen in a long time. SO enthusiastic that there is often food all over their muzzles and chins. We have weighed them yesterday and the weights are below. Although the males started small they are gaining quickly. One male is still particularly small though. The girls have very fluffy fur for their age and the boys are more like their Dad Mikola in coloring and their fur is growing later than the girls. I am really enjoying this group. Nala is being a great mother. Next week we will play with wand feather toys and bells and probably have better photos.

Six weeks old. They are starting to use the litter box and taste food. Overall they are mainly interested in Nala's milk bar. The 3 girls are large and fluffy and started wearing pink and lavender collars. The boys are smaller and very vocal however they are gaining fast and might end up the same size or larger. It is a wait and see thing. The smallest boy is doing great . He nurses non stop and has lots of energy.
They all love to play soccer with ping pong balls and wrestle with each other.

April 8th 3 weeks
All eyes are open. They are adventuring around the box and tolerate being held well. Grandma enjoys petting them in her lap . One boy kitten is smaller and went to the vet for a check up today. We will wait and see how he grows and recheck him in a few weeks. The other 5 are all gorgeous with varying shades of grey. All have blue eyes and are quite chubby. Mama Nala is doing a fabulous job with them and she herself is eating enough for an army of cats. I think we have 3 girls and 3 boys.
March 26th, One week old. Six beautiful kittens nursing.
Nala gave birth to six kittens. All will either look like mom or Dad, (Mikola)..and all will have blue eyes. In the photo below they are just drying off and mama Nala is taking a break for a minute. Normally she is with them every minute. Genders and exact colors will become more clear in coming days. A few are definitely lighter so will have Dad's silver blue lynx coloring. Nala is being a terrific mom. It is her 2nd litter but she knows how to love them. She had them last night on the 18th and purred loudly all night next to them. They are all nursing and active.
