Welcome to Maple's A litter blog. Born Aug 25th.
This is kind of a surprise when I was expecting all lynx points.
Names are tba. Individual photos next week. This is a very, very relaxed bunch of kittens and they enjoy belly rubs, and lots of naps in the sun on a fluffy blanket.
Update 2 weeks old Sep 9th
This is a group of what appears to be all colorpoint lynx with maybe one seal point. Time will tell. There are three girls and two boys, and one "probable" boy.
They are rolling on their bellies in the nesting box. They are too fat to walk.. so rolling is the way to get from one place to another. One accidentally climbed out of the box and rolled over to the food dish.. put one paw in it and fell asleep. He was rescued and returned to the box. They will start eating solid food in 2 to 3 weeks. All are mellow and quiet. You know the mama cat is doing a great job when the kittens are always satisfied. It is a nice healthy family. New photos weekly. Names tba.
