4-17-22
Poppy is available to someone lucky on my reservation list.
4-3-22
Poppy is a blue lynx point female. She is on hold until mid April and then may or may not become available to someone on the reservation list. Poppy loves her feather and bell wand toy. She is very very fun to play with. Now that her brothers are gone she can relax . They often were wrestling and dominated the room. .. and were larger.
3-26-22
Cosmos
Cosmos is a super star personality.. very dog like and playful. Unfortunately he has a health challenge that he might outgrow. He has a mild heart murmur that shows up when he is stressed at the vet. It does not affect his activity level. Cosmos is one of my favorites . He is ready to go now. I am offering him to those on my reservation list. UPdate. Cosmos has been adopted. 3-28-22
Poppy
Poppy has been dominated by her brothers and their boisterous antics. She has a habit of taking a back seat on activities and prefers routine. She was shy and is coming out of her shell more every day. She purrs when held and loves to play gently with a wand toy. Poppy is on hold for someone on the reservation list.
3/23/22 Personality descriptions added below their photos.
Camellia is in her new home. These 4 kittens have come back to Vancouver to hang out. Three will fly down to California to their new homes. One will become available in the next week but I don't know which one yet.
3/13/22 Twelve weeks old
Poppy - Pink collar - Female - (above)
She is the prettiest and very feminine. Poppy is a blue tabby lynxpoint. She has blue eyes like all of her siblings. She enjoys being held and purrs immediately. She has been around very masculine boys a lot so she tends to take a backseat and waits her turn. Poppy enjoys feather wand toys with bells. She has lots of eye contact and seems to be asking to be played with but would like the boys removed first. She will blossom in her new home and is gaining confidence every week.

Ginkgo - No collar - Male (above)
Ginkgo is the relaxed middle child. He likes to lick me when I go to stroke him. He is less rambunctious than his brothers and will join in and wrestle but chooses his battles. Ginkgo was the favorite of Dave, the Dad, in his foster home because he nestles in when held and is very relaxed. Reserved for Cristina.

Birch - Blue collar - Male (above)
Birch has always been interested in shoes and shoelaces. Especially if they are being worn. He loves to play and jump with the wand toy and wrestles with Cosmos regularly. Birch was first to greet me as a youngster and although he is also mellow, he is curious and sweet. Reserved fro Cristina.

3/6/22 Eleven weeks old - photos taken after a bath
This week they get their 2nd vaccines and we will try to get some more video which shows them off nicely. All have beautiful blue eyes . They are easy to bathe and are very relaxed. They will make fabulous pets. Fur is almost dry from another bath time adventure.
Update 2-26-22 9 1/2 weeks old
The kittens are all progressing beautifully, have received their vet wellness exams, first vaccines and are weaned. They are eating Turkey baby food (small amount) plus Royal Canin baby cat dry kibble. They have moved for socialization to my friend's house in Damascus, Oregon where they are getting lots of playtime and cuddling . They had a bath and nail trim last weekend. Tomorrow they get new toys and brushes. We like Lil Pals brand kitten brush and puppy slicker brushes.
1-25-22 Five weeks old
The kittens have all potty trained beautifully. I am so pleased. They are eating Royal Canin Baby cat kibble and drinking water. They spend most of their day sprawled out with Mama Mia and each other. Some have learned to climb the cat tree. In fact there is a whole lot of climbing going on. We introduced the feather wand toys with jingle bells and they are intrigued. Over the next week wand toy play will be a popular activity. I'm working on setting up a webcam in the kitten room. Not sure if Im tech savvy enough but I'll try. Birch likes to attack my shoelaces. Cosmos is enamored with my dogs paws. The girls Camellia and Poppy are claiming the very top of the cat tree by the window for snuggle time. Ginkgo is fairly independent and loves to have his belly stroked.
1-19-22 Four weeks old
The babies are starting to venture outside the nest box. They are playing and wrestling and two of them have started litter box training. This week they have started wearing colored collars for identification.
This next week I'll upload video as they are super cute rolling about. This group will be offered to those on my reservation list.

1-12-22 Three weeks old.
Babies are nursing , sleeping, and playing with each other. They are getting held twice a day by me and Grandma who adores them. Next week we will try out colored collars and identify them by name too. Mia is being a terrific mom. This is her 2nd litter and she is relaxed and attentive. The photos below show milk stains on their little muzzles. They will outgrow them. Some kittens are blue points like Mia and some with slightly lighter features will be blue lynx points with some striping. Pictures of parents are at the bottom of this page. More info on coloring is on the COLORS page .
Two and a half weeks old. So cute. All eyes open. Jan 4th.
Macadamia aka Mia had a beautiful litter of five kittens on Dec 19th, 2021
Update Dec 29th.
Mia's five kittens are all starting to open their eyes. There are two females: Poppy and Camellia. Three males: Ginkgo, Birch and Cosmos. This is another botanical theme group. Ginkgo is a very small kitten and the other four are very large. All are FAT!!! Mia has lots of milk and is eating like a horse.
Watch this space for weekly updates. All kittens will be offered to those on my waiting list. There are three males and two females. There are four large kittens, and one small male. All will be either blue points or blue lynx points. All will have light blue or aquamarine eyes. On the third day they have established a good nursing pattern, and Mia is nice and relaxed.
