Kittens born Feb 16th, 2026
vet exam apr 18th - go home approx May 9th-16th

5-9-26 Almost 12 weeks old

Topeka got picked up today by her wonderful new parents. Omaha and Missoula will leave next Saturday. Honolulu is now under a breeder reserve.

5-3-26

All of the kittens are doing great, getting handled and carried around a lot by their wonderful foster family. They snuggle while watching tv and also try to tap on phones with their little paws just for fun. Olympia got picked up a little early, today. She met her new family this morning for the first time and she was purring and made it clear she was very happy with her new people.
Honolulu has not been chosen yet. I'll keep her here a little longer to see what her coloring looks like . Pick up dates are being set for the other three.

Four of the kittens are reserved to people on the waiting list. Honolulu my strange looking girl with a mustache has not been chosen yet.

Topeka is slightly dominant . She is first to adventure and first to take over the wand toy from her siblings. She is a blue tortie which means she carries both the red and black color genes. This is only possible in females with a few rare exceptions. Torties can have what they call tortitude. People with torties often say they are divas. Topeka enjoys being petted and has lots of eye contact. She will do best in a home with plenty of interaction with her family and probably enjoy a dog also.

Omaha is the only boy . He is just like one of the girls. Super sweet and plays along well with his sisters on an equal level. His personality at 8 weeks is SWEET as sugar. He will do well in any home, quiet or busy. His face will darken up a little bit as his stripes come in. He has cute white mittens and blue eyes. Very handsome dude.

Honolulu aka Lulu. Female. She is a dilute tortie lynx point. She carries both the red and black color genes but has a lovely temperament. Her coloring pattern is unique. The fun color pattern will become more distinctive as she ages. The red will get more red. They grey/black will darken.
She loves the rabbit fur wand toy and the leather strap on the feather wand toy. She gets along very well with her siblings and often snuggles up close. Lulu will do well in any home. She has unlimited potential.

Olympia. Seal point or Seal tortie point. Female. Olympia is feminine. She loves to snuggle with her siblings and right now, at 8 weeks enjoys time away from them to play with the wand toy. Now she lets others dominate her. This slight passive quality will likely vanish over the next few months. Olympia was asleep when I started taking pictures today and I had to wake her up. She has inner peace. Really sweet girl.

Missoula, aka Missy is such a pretty fancy cat. Her white paws and long whiskers and white bib make her stand out. Her coloring will not change over time. She will likely have green eyes. Her personality is easy going and much less dominant than Topeka. Lots of eye contact and very affectionate. She will thrive in any home.

4-18-26 vet exam was perfect. update later today

4-13-26 eight weeks

All perfectly potty trained and coming when called at food time. We are looking forward to the vet exam Saturday morning. Watch your emails.
I'll also do individual videos and post what they might look like as adults... on the next update. Their personalities are starting to develop .....

Olympia female. Seal tortie point. She has a dash of white on her paw and nose...

Honolulu aka LULU is a Seal tortie point with white.. her coloring is pretty wild and she has lots of fun energy..

Topeka, female. Blue tortie. Some cream fur marbled into her blue grey coloring. Pretty girl.

Omaha. Male. Blue lynx point with white. Likes to sit up to get a closer look at toys.

Missoula aka Missy. Pretty tortie with white. Going to be a stunner but not a fan of the photo session... unless I have a feather.

4-9-26 seven weeks

The darling kittens are eating ravenously the Gerber and Beechnut chicken baby food.. as well as Blue Buffalo Tastefuls kitten dry kibble. They often sneak a bite of mom's rich canned food too. The kitten room window faces east and they love to hang out in the window and cat trees watching passers by and squirrels. Overall I am watching for personalities to develop but finding they are all SWEET as PIE . They flock to me when I feed the babyfood. (Several times per day) ... and I have to be careful not to step on a paw or tail. They have no fear. The neighbor girls and I are playing with wand toys daily. They love the feathers and bells and leather strings the wands are made of. The kittens go to the vet for their wellness exam and start vaccines in about 10 days. Then I'll be reaching out to 5 people on the reservation list to start talking choices.

4-5-26 Six weeks

The babies are all docile and sweet. Topeka has more sass at this point but things may change. They are starting to eat kibble and babyfood (chicken) and using the litterboxes. Right now they spend a LOT of time nursing and sleeping. I keep them mainly in the "Kitten room" but they do like watching tv with grandma too. When they are potty trained I will let them explore more of the house. I am happy that they are fat and enjoying the attention they get from us and the neighbor girls who visit regularly.

Four weeks old soon. This next week they will be adventuring out of the nest box and trying food. These photos are not great. Will do more this week in Grandma's lap. They bounce around in their box and wrestle. Tails up and very animated. However when I separate them for photos sometimes they are overwhelmed. I'll get some group action shots this week. Emmy is always eating and nursing. A very attentive mother. She is a real attention hog and I have to reassure her that she is the most important cat in the room at all times. She loves to drape over my shoulder and have her head stroked.

3-6-26

Happy Spring. Eyes are open and we have what appears to be 4 girls and 1 boy. The black tortie girl is available again to the reservation list. The blue girl is really cute with a blocky head and muzzle. The male is a lynx with white. The other girl is a seal point and one is a dilute tortie lynx point. Colors will change over the next 6 weeks. It will be easier to identify them. All are plump and waddle just a few steps away from mom and then back again. They sleep together in a line or a pile up. Although the box has an entrance (low part) they stay in the box as directed by mama Emmy.

2-24-26 eyes still closed

Five fatties born on Feb 16th. Short and quick labor. Very easy. Emmy is nursing and grooming the babies well. They are going to open their eyes next week and I"ll do a new set of photos then. It looks like there is a black tortie girl reserved for a gal who has been on my reservation list for over a year waiting for this coloring. Also there is a grey/blue and orange dilute torbie girl . Also two male colorpoints and one dilute tortie lynx point. Many of the kittens have white mittens. Colorings can change a bit over the 1st month or two. It will be fun to watch them develop. Dad is Flambeau and I know the 3 color point kittens will have blue eyes.
