There also is a blog called 'previous kittens' . Currently showing Annie's 2011 litter. You can click on each month in the Archives (right column) to show the kittens as they developed.
The dark fur and coloring on all of their ears indicate all will be either seal points, seal tabby (lynx) or similar.
'Annie' Varinas Antonia Alexandrovna gave birth to 3 colorpoint kittens between 430 and 540pm Feb 5th, 2012. Although naming them will be difficult, for the pedigree they will all have names beginning with "Q". Officially there are no Russian names beginning with Q , or just a few.. so I may improvise. Name suggestions welcome!
I think we have two girls and one boy. The male was second, and large enough to give Annie some trouble 'pushing'. Overall they are very vigorous, healthy, perfectly formed and have spent most of their first night nursing. Annie had two nest boxes to choose from and suggested a third by standing on her hind legs next to my chest of drawers. I am a pushover for her so I moved some clothes, put in a fitted cardboard box with newspaper, removed the upper drawers for air circulation and she had her nursery. Annie designed it well. While sitting in her drawer she has a panoramic view of the room and the goings on outside on the cat patio. She will spend most of the next three weeks there. |
